Systematic Theology: Doctrine of Salvation

This course deals with the topics related to the application of the work of redemption. It is primarily within this locus of theology that the work of the Holy Spirit is considered. The doctrines of God, Man, Sin, and Christ all converge in the glorious revelation and application of God’s “so great salvation”, Hebrews 2:4.

Course Requirements

  1. Listening to all the lectures
  2. Completion of required reading
  3. Final written examination
  4. Offer a biblical, Christian critique of a book or movie which presents a “way of salvation” to its audience (c. 2500 words).

Matt Kingswood is the pastor of the Russell Reformed Presbyterian Church in Russell, Ontario where he has served 21 years. He also currently teaches Systematic Theology at Ottawa Theological Hall. Matt holds an earned a MDiv. from Knox Theological Seminary in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
